### WHILE WAITING FOR THE REFUND THEY PROMISED I GOT BILLED FROM SHOPIFY ### Just canceled my plan because the're advertising a feature that is missing. As of now it's not possible to import customers address from Etsy, while in their FAQ the're stating that this is a working feature for EU based shops. Wasted couple hours of my time. Maybe they will find the time to update their FAQ (5 minute job).

For context, Etsy has been progressively restricting shipping address access for third-party integrations, and the list of supported EU countries shifts as they transition merchants to their own approved shipping providers. Shipping address import still works for many EU shops, though the specifics change week to week. It's a frustrating change affecting every Etsy integration in the space, not only Shuttle. The free trial includes full order functionality, so shipping address import can be tested with real orders before committing to a plan. And in-app chat is the fastest path for questions like this.
