Incredible customer service. I think Tongbo answers questions 24/7. Seriously Tongbo, when do you sleep? ;) I was skeptical in the beginning because it is a newer app and I had horrible customer service experience with Avalara and TaxJar. HORRIBLE. But Tongbo and SIDR are hands down the best app we have installed, ever. All of our states that we have Nexus in, they have registered for Sales Tax licenses and with the states on auto file everything has been seamless.

Big kudos to Sidr Tax for being a lifesaver with my taxes! I did my homework, called around, and tried a bunch of apps before stumbling upon these folks. Let me tell you, they really delivered. I'm am so happy I found this App. This is my first year in business and I had no idea how to pay my sales taxes or find out how much. This app made it so easy for me to figure out. I was able to get a demo quickly and they walked me through the entire dashboard. I will like a pro now. Thank you!

It's always a big headache to do state sales tax. So many states to go through. Different rules. Sidr has been a huge time saver for us. Just give Sidr the data. It just takes care of my taxes.

This app was by far the most affordable option for my small business. The customer support and functionality is absolutely 5 stars. If I could give it 100 stars, I would. I am so excited to use SIDR! It breaks out all of the state county and locality Sales Tax in such a simple way that I don't get from Shopify. Further, it breaks out international sales, which will help in preparing Forms K2/K3. This is a great addition to our tech stack!

Filing CA sales tax is a massive pain, and I have looked all over for a app that would help me file by each county. Sidr is the answer. It's very comprehensive and Tongbo on the support side is very helpful and quick. So glad I found this app.
