We've been using Simmer at a few different Shopify POS locations for a little while now for both the KDS and the modifiers. It's a solid product, and the development team has been making improvements quickly over the past several months adding different features. Any questions or concerns that we've encountered have been quickly explained or fixed after an email. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a KDS on Shopify.

Wir betreiben mittwochs eine After-Work-Gastro in unserem Kochstudio und waren lange auf der Suche nach einer Lösung, mit der wir Bestellungen pro Gast einfach erfassen, an Ausschank und Küche weiterleiten, fertige Positionen abhaken und am Ende alles sauber in den Warenkorb übernehmen können. Genau das haben wir mit der Simmer App gefunden – eine echte All-in-One-Lösung! Die App ist unkompliziert, flexibel anpassbar und macht unsere Arbeit enorm leichter. Was früher aufwendig und fehleranfällig war, läuft jetzt schnell, übersichtlich und absolut zuverlässig. Für uns ist Simmer ein echter Gamechanger, wenn es um Gäste und Bestellungen geht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Team von Simmer: super nett, unkompliziert, immer hilfsbereit und offen für neue Ideen. Der Kontakt macht einfach Spaß, man fühlt sich bestens aufgehoben und merkt, dass hier Leute mit Leidenschaft dabei sind. Fazit: Sehr geil, absolut empfehlenswert und genau die Lösung, die wir gesucht haben. Für uns gibt es kein Zurück mehr – Simmer ist aus unserem Betrieb nicht mehr wegzudenken.

Simmer served as a friendly to use service for a large event. We needed a simple but effective solution for eight food stands. With very little time, the team helped greatly with a smooth onboarding process and was by our side the entire journey. The software worked without fail and the interface and experience reduced training time for our associates. Simmer served as a simple yet effective solution for our event, we would not hesitate to use them again for future events.
