HOPE & MIND review for Simmer: Coffee Shop POS & KDS

I have been using this app for a few weeks now. At the very first, I was very desappointed as many features weren't working fine. It was very frustrating. The app promises weren't here. And then, the Simmer Team (Seb) got in touch with me to understand my worries and to ask me how they could help my team and I in using their app. I told them a few key points to improve to make their app very efficient. I finally found them very concerned about my experience and they have been working to fix all the bugs that I noticed to them. Today the app is more fluid. I can also say that kind of app that suits coffee shop with terrasse and table orders is quite rare. And I can say now their app is good choice for taking orders at tables with a very nice kitchen display system. A few things are still to be improved but I can bank on them to make it. Today change my 1* score to a 4* score. Maybe in a few weeks I will put a 5* score. Thank you Seb for your help.

We understand that the setup can take time as you need to create collections, products, modifiers and then set up your kitchen display or printer.
