If you've been putting off setting up NPS because most tools are overkill or overpriced, this one removes both excuses. Took about 10 minutes to set up, lands on the thank you page looking completely native, and at $7.99/month for unlimited responses it's hard to justify not having it running. The order auto-tagging is a nice bonus — you can action detractors straight from Shopify admin without any extra steps. Focused, clean, and just works.
