Took about 10 minutes to set up, lands on the thank you page looking completely native, and at $7.99/month for unlimited responses it's hard to justify not having it running. The order auto-tagging is a nice bonus — you can action detractors straight from Shopify admin without any extra steps. Focused, clean, and just works.
