We haven't implemented the ReOrder app yet, but will today as it is a frequent request from our customers. We had problems with installing the app. I want to express my gratitude to the service of both customer support and development support. They have installed the app on our webshop, meanwhile I had time to get other work done. Great service!

Incredible service from the team at Reorder Master so far! This Ap does everything it says it does. Today they added a customised Reorder button to the menu in our header, making it simple for customers to find and use. Thanks team!

Having recently moved from Prestashop to Shopify one thing my customers missed was the re-order function. The Reorder Master app from HulkApps does this. They also helped me install the app which was much appreciated.

操作は比較的シンプルで使いやすい方だと思います。 当然日本のショップでも十分使えます。 「マイページの注文履歴から再注文」と「再注文を促すリマインダーメール」の機能を活用しています。 感心したのがチャットでのサポートがとにかく親切で早いこと。 チャットは英語ですが自動翻訳で日本語でやりとりでき、分からないことがあったらすぐ対応してくれます。 サポート体制にすごく感激しました。

This app will be very useful for the customers that regularly order large baskts of items from us as it should save time and maybe even increase AOV by reminding them what they bought before. Set up was easy, I used the support team and in 15mins I was up and away.
