Easy to install but the buttons looked a bit "messy" (we're using a Shopify 2.0 theme and this is not unusual). Asked the team if they could help and it was rectified in a matter of hours. Am yet to promote the customers and they've already started using it. Very pleased. Thanks!

They will set it up for you. Easiest app installation yet. Customer service is very responsive, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who has lots of repeat customers.

We are new to the re-order master app, but found out that re-order apps and subscription apps may not be compatible with each other, based upon the working theme. We have a lot of subscribers, so we kept our subscribing base with appstle and deleted this re-order app. Seemed like it could have worked us, but account profiles for customers with subscriptions reorders versus customers with single (non-subscription) reorders did not seem to work concurrently. We felt that the accuracy of the subscriber re-order functionality was more important to us at this time. The C/S was excellent. They really tried to make it work with a subscription app, though we could not visually ascertain that orders would trigger the correct platform, i.e., a single purchase reorder or subscription reorder. If you have a subscription application, please double check first if this or any re-order app is compatible to function well.

So far so good. Support is awesome, fast and responsive. Got the set up completed for us and looking how we wanted. We are going to test this app for the next few days to be sure it's working with our other installed apps. Very happy to have found this option for our store. Thanks to Amit for all the help!

Great app! The Hulk team provides excellent customer service and seamless install and I love the report that shows how many people have used the re-order functionality! We installed it on the suggestion of a customer and are so glad we did! Definitely recommend.

We used this app to add an easy reorder button to our account and order pages. Seamless install, clean presentation, and most importantly, top notch customer service. Always responsive in the chat and helpful service, which I think sets truly good apps apart from the bunch.

Reorder Master is one of our most used apps, and is necessary for any online shop looking for repeat orders time and time again! Support is excellent and any issues have been resolved. If you want repeat orders quickly and easily, then add this app!

The App works great and their support is on point. We have been using it for years and I know it has helped. update 2023 - i reached out to have some extra coding to link it with rebuy and they did super fast and no extra cost to me

El servicio al cliente es rápido y sencillo (5 estrellas). La app aún le falta una sección para traducir la información que ve los clientes, pero el soporte se puede encargar de traducirlo por uno, por lo tanto no hay problema. Me gusta mucho esta app :)

Great app and it's free! Can't get any better than that. It can be customized and tweaked but it does require some coding knowledge. However, the basic customization options available under settings should be fine for most people. It did require me to insert 1 tiny line of code into my theme to show the reorder button. This might be intimidating for some but clear instructions are provided. If you contact support they will probably do it for you too. Speaking of support, Sanjay was extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable and he responded to my questions really quickly. I highly recommend this app and the team that is managing it.

Love this simple little app and also the support team behind it. Did exactly what we wanted and when we had a few tweaks issues Amit and colleagues were responsive and very helpful. Fully recommend if you want a simple re-order feature in the account area

Reorder Master is really useful for shops that have a lot of frequent customers that purchase always the same products. I had a little problem with my css and the team was great to find a solution even if it wasn't so easy. Five Stars!

This is the second app that I've installed from HulkApps. Their apps are user friendly and have good instructions to get plugged in. I appreciate that they make apps that help to make the shopping experience better for our customers.
