I trialled the Simplee Membership app for my store, and was impressed by many of the features. Sadly my store is niche and I couldn't quite make this app work for my business model. I uninstalled it, and some of the code remained on my site which was not giving me a great result. I am happy to report that I was able to contact the developers and they assisted me even though I wasn't going to be a long-term customer. Very quick and efficient service was provided by Grant and, before I knew it, my store was back to full working order with all of the unwanted code removed. In my mind this is the measure of REAL customer service... when someone is willing to help you even when you're not going to become a paying customer. As a result I have been left with a good feeling about the developers. I shall absolutely keep this app in mind for a time when I do need its features, because I know that they will support me. Thank you guys. Great work!

Great app, works very well and the support is above fantastic. Appreciate it very much. thanks. The support is very fast for responding when I bump into a problem and they also do their very best to respond, help and solve the problem. 5/5. Very simple and works perfectly; needed to consult customer service in order to set up what I needed, but their CS was very fast, responsive, and friendly. First request for custom support took about a day; second took only a few minutes! Will be sticking with them for a while.

The team at Simply Memberships has been exceptional. Every time I have a question, they respond promptly, often with detailed answers or helpful screenshots.
