App working great so far. We sell uniforms for different schools that share the same SKU's. This allows us to keep our inventory accurate between different product variants. Harold is very responsive and helpful. Happy customer so far.

Inventory keep getting out of sync. There's no logs or anyway to check why it keep getting out of sync.
Thanks for your review. There absolutely are logs that show you why the items go out of sync. You’ve manually changed the inventory on the Shopify end and that’s causing the items to go out of sync. I replied to your support emails, but haven’t heard anything back. Would love to help you solve this so feel free to reply on my emails.

Thanks for your review. The app syncs inventory changes for items sharing the same SKU (or barcode), it syncs changes after each order and cancel. You had the app installed for a couple of minutes and there where no orders or cancels placed during the time you had the app installed. Please let me know if you want to test the app again.

This app solves a fundamental issue for our store super elegantly and with hardly any oversight/setup. In addition, whenever I have run into a slight issue, Harold has been very quick to respond and help me get it resolved. Highly recommended!

The app worked perfectly for 2 1/2 years for us. We no longer need the app to run a sync with shared products/virtual products, but I would highly recommend!

Used to sync the inventory quantity of my product variants. Easy to install, easy to understand and if you need help Harold is always an email away.

I needed this app to sync the inventory quantity of variants and this worked for us! We sell customizable journals/notebooks. Each notebook cover is listed as a separate product in our shop with variants for the paper that goes inside them. We don’t need to control the inventory for the paper, but we did want to control the inventory for the covers. Shopify didn’t have this capability so we searched and found this app, SimpleSync, that would do it for us. The app uses the SKU number (which can be any number you want) to control the inventory. It did take a few minutes to add the SKU number to all of our products. But that’s all we had to do. The real story behind our experience is that at first, The app didn’t install properly due to a Shopify error. I contacted the app developer Harold and he worked tirelessly to resolve our issue and get the app set up. I’m talking emails in the middle of the night and constant communication until the issue was resolved. 5 stars for Harold and his support, as well as 5 stars for the app.

PERFECT! This app solved my problem with having different prices on POS and online for the same product. Well worth the money every month. Simple and automatic. Support is very fast too!

This app was not very useful to me. I sell handmade notebooks. I have several different cover designs, each of which can be made with 6 different page options inside. I have virtually unlimited supply of pages, but only limited number of each cover. So if I have 5 covers left, I need to be able to link my page variants so that all 6 options are still available to customer, but no matter which combination of page options they choose, they can only purchase a total of 5 books in that design. This app does sync inventory across variants, but if I set my stock level at 1, it will assign a value of 1 to each variant. If a customer orders just one of the variants, the app changes all the variant stock levels to 0 after the order is processed. So it appears to work. HOWEVER, it only syncs the inventory after an order is processed. It does not prevent a customer ordering two different variants in the same order. Because according to my store, I have 1 of each variant available. Even though I only have one cover left, a customer is still able to purchase two different books with that cover, meaning I can't fill part of their order. Harold tried to explain to me that syncing the inventory in the cart, rather than after order checkout would slow things down and result in fewer sales. But the way this app currently works, it means I have to make some product variants unavailable when my inventory quantity gets to low numbers, meaning fewer choices for my customers and that results in fewer sales for me. This app might be sufficient for some businesses, but I need a way to completely manage inventory at the product level, not the variant level, and this app just doesn't do that 100%. I'm yet to find an app that actually does.

Harold is incredibly helpful and replied to all my emails quickly, helping me to set up the app to work in my shop. I was searching for months for a way to synchronise inventory for different variants of the same item and this app does exactly what I need. Highly recommended!

They charged $40 dollars $10*4., it's said 7 days trial but that's totally not. and I am not even using now, I uninstalled already. If anyone needs to see invoice let me know.

Love using simplesync - it's easy to install and start using, super straightforward, does exactly what it's named after. The one time I had an issue with it, Harold was quick to respond and fix the problem. Love the new update - being able to choose between viewing all your SKUs, or only duplicated ones is a great feature.

The app works. This app is a life saver if you have a lot of products sharing the same SKU. There will be issues with updating time if you have a lot of duplicate SKUs to update through this app. However, this is the only solution there is. Harold responds quite quickly to questions and issues.

Amazing APP. Our parts are compatible for many different laptops so we really needed SimpleSync to allow us to create multiple products using the same SKU. SimpleSync updates the inventory for all identical SKUs when a product is sold, or returned. Highly recommend if you need to publish may product titles-descriptions that are the same SKU.

Exceptionally simple to use, minimal overhead / maintenance, and effective. We're using it for ticket variants (adult / child / senior) which have different prices but each take one seat. And also for dinner entree options - multiple menu choices but limited seating per date. We've looked at a bunch of apps and this does just what we need!

I have been waiting for this app for years. We had a few problems but Harold was there to make it work. Great app and great service!!!!
