Wrote already 3 emails to the customer support without any response (even when they tell there is a 24/7 support available) !!

Super Support und schnelle Hilfe bei der Einrichtung. Besonders gut finde ich, dass das Produkt unter 50 Bestellungen kostenfrei genutzt werden kann. Sehr gut geeignet für kleine Shops, die gerade am Anfang stehen.

I had an issue and reached out to the team about it. At first I was upset and they calmly took care of my issue and changed some things around for us so the use case we needed would work. Great customer service and a great app.
