Excellent support from customer service. I have been using Simple Invoice for the past four years, without any problems. They resolved my request within two days. Support has been excellent. They actually understand Shopify’s backend logic and gave me real answers when I asked about draft order behaviors not the generic canned responses I get from many invoicing apps.

Professional looking invoices. Easy to use. I like that you can edit all the lines/fields and that it's built into Shopify. Much better than my old system.

Really, really simple to use, works straight away. Love that they have a free option for small businesses that you can then trade up onto with no sacrifices on great functionality. For me, it integrates directly with Australia Post, so it's been awesome to be able to get those labels sorted out straight out of Shopify without having to muck around. Really appreciate this app and the people who built it, it's great.

I highly recommend this app! The customer service is simply fast, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. Installation is simple, and using the app is just as easy. If you’re hesitating between this and another invoicing app, go with this one!

Had some issues with my invoices, the problem was quickly resolved. I alsop needed some custom input on my outgoing invoices and also this was quickly added to the invoice. Thank you very much :)

I am gonna make this as simple, as how Simple Invoice is just simply great. The App and more important, their support. Exceptional. If you need a better Invoicing solution that what Shopify provides out of the box, then don't think twice.
