Amazing support team! I requested a small change to move the tax "Enter" button, and they updated it incredibly fast. Super responsive and helpful. The app itself works perfectly for our needs – simple, clean, and integrates seamlessly with Shopify. Highly recommend!

When our organization first downloaded Simple Invoice, the out-of-the-box templates weren't what we needed. However, Simplio's small team of devs customized templates specifically catering to our B2B sales needs. Great service and very responsive!

We’ve been using the Simple Invoice – Order Printer app for quite some time, and it generally worked well. We had previously made some adjustments to the Eporch template, which required a few tweaks, but overall it functioned as expected. However, after making a recent amendment to the template, the entire invoice layout broke. As a result, we were forced to switch to a new template just to keep our operations running. I contacted customer support and received a response after three days, stating: "We'll make the necessary changes and get back to you as soon as possible." Unfortunately, it has now been another three days, and I haven’t heard anything back. This raises serious concerns about their customer service. If the app works for your needs straight out of the box, it may be a good solution. But if you run into any issues or require support, don’t expect timely or reliable assistance. Based on our experience, it’s probably better to look elsewhere if you value dependable customer service. Shortly after posting my original review, the support team responded promptly and resolved the issue efficiently. It seems writing a review is the fastest way to get their attention. If you’re struggling to hear back from customer service, consider leaving feedback—it might speed things up.

We’ve been using Simple Invoice for over 1.5 years now, and it’s been a great experience from the start. The app runs smoothly and does exactly what we need. The support team has been amazing—every time we asked for changes, even custom ones like our invoice template, they handled it quickly and without any hassle. This app is exactly what we needed to create a custom invoice file with a unique filename. The ability to download multiple invoices as separate PDFs in one zipped folder has been a tremendous help and the support from the team is top notch. Highly recommend.

We had a few adjustments to make regarding the invoice, delivery note, and credit note – and the Simplio team supported us in an exemplary and highly efficient manner. Every single request, no matter how small, was implemented quickly and without issue. A special thank you to Robert for the excellent communication and support throughout the process.
