Great app so far!! Ajit is so helpful and their dev team is too. We hope we get the resullts we need and, by the time I'm writing this, we are getting them!

Great app! We were able to connect it with metafields and solve a very specific need for search and filtering. The settings are pretty complete, and the admin panel is easy to use. Support was also amazing, fast and really helpful.
Very strong and relevant search app very fast & easy to setup !
This app is invasive and produces search results from outside your website not related to your products in any way. I honestly feel this should not be acceptable by Shopify and will report as much. Example: We sell woodworking paper patterns in the USA. Search results show Harry Potter books in Hebrew.

We've escalated this to our technical team to investigate. App is good but seeing gateway timed out 504 errors. Most of pages in my collections are not loading any products.
Dear App User, we are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. We recently had a temporary server issue that caused 504 gateway timeout errors, which may have affected product loading on some collection pages. The issue has now been resolved on our end. To ensure everything syncs correctly, we kindly ask you to please reinstall the app once and then check your collection pages again. In most cases, this immediately restores normal product loading. If the issue persists after reinstalling, please let us know and we’ll be happy to investigate further right away.
This app is amazing and it’s free such a solid way of really lifting your side experience they’re improving it all the time as well. Can’t fault their support team for their responsive and proactive approach to little tweaks that are inevitable when your tech stack becomes Shopify + app + app etc which again realistically for many merchants starting out is the case. Gives a really polished final look to my site and I’m delighted to have found it. Check out their other apps as well just incredible that this exists - I particularly love how the quick view cards render with an immediate option to buy or add to cart without having to rely on accelerated cart buttons - thks guys your work is appreciated cheers Jonny from boingbikes.com
I decided to uninstall this app because I noticed my website was loading slow, and as soon as I uninstall it, my collection's pages stopped loading, I have no idea what to do to fix it!
Dear App User, thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the trouble you faced. Our app’s scripts load only after your site fully renders, so your initial page may take a bit longer, while subsequent pages load faster. Also, when our collection block is enabled, the default Shopify product grid is turned off. After uninstall, you just need to re-enable Shopify’s product grid in your theme for collections to appear again. We’d be glad to assist you with this or help reinstall the app to ensure smooth performance. Please feel free to reach out as we’re here to help!

I must be the customer from Hell! I asked Customer Support if this app could achieve what I needed. I spoke (via email) to Ajit. He could tell I was struggling to understand the installation instructions (I'm a shopkeeper, not a Techy), so he offered to do the installation for me. Fantastic! But I didn't realise the wide range of options this app provides. I must have gone back to him at least 6 times asking for amendments/deletions/relocations etc. And every time it was Ajit that replied, very patiently, and every time he did exactly what I asked of him. I really felt very guilty doing this because was doing it all for free, including the app itself. In the end, the app worked exactly as I wanted and I have nothing but praise for the support I received. Download this with confidence that you won't be alone. 5 Star Service. 5 Star App.
actually a great app just missing currency conversion based on customers ip, can only show the stores base currency, which is a shame as its right up there with the paid search apps, hopefully they sort this soon
This has really helped my shop for widen my search results and was exactly what I was looking for. I had some adjustments needed for use on my theme and the Simprosys Team took action right away to fix it accordingly. 5 star app and support, this is a keeper!
This app is the best option for searching I have found and the best part it is free. I had a couple of questions about using it once I installed it...and the support was very fast in answering my questions. Thanks
