Singulary ‑ Merge Customers

This is an app that is quietly helping us make much better business decisions! We are hiring someone to do some analytics work for us on measuring new customer acquisition and retention rate. If someone had asked me how many duplicate customers we had on our file i would guessed maybe 500. I was off by a factor of 10! Getting an accurate count of your customers - new and repeat is CRITICAL for understanding the health of your business. Singulary has been an amazing partner in the few days that we've been using them so far. Guille has answered so many of my questions and helped me through some confusing parts of our customer file. He has been with me during the onboarding process from the start and been extremely helpful. Bonus: This app not only helps with merges, it also helps you generally clean up your customer file (standardizing address & name capitalization, correcting gmial.com to gmail.com, etc.) all with one click bulk updates. We've also been able to easily spot thousands of bots that use the same name and address and delete them with a few clicks. Their notification feature is also going to be great - a weekly digest of likely duplicates we can fix and keep on top of. A+

If you have a large customer base which over the years has become duplicated with customers changing emails, misspelling emails or capitalizing names Singulary fixes these in the blink of an eye and then continues to monitor your base to see everything remains synced. An excellent app which has saved me massive time and is worth every cent that is worth. Can't recommend highly enough

Very simple to use and effective app. We stugguled with duplicate profiles from a very long time and this helped us in merging all the profiles with just one click.

Best app for de-duping your store customers. Managed to remove over 1k duplicated contacts in just 1 day, a process which would have taken days if not weeks using spreadsheet and Shopify's inbuilt merge tool. Requested additional functionality to de-dupe multiple contacts at same domain and development team had added functionality in less than an hour. Clean interface, powerful and incredible customer service...what's not to like :-)

This app is getter better and better each day! The developer really cares about constantly improving and making a superior product to any other tool like this on the app store. I can't be happier with how responsive they have been and how the tool has evolved and changed to meet our needs. We are friends of the developer and helped beta test the app. That said, it's genuinely useful! We had duplicate customers we didn't know about, and the app found and helped us merge several of them quickly. The matching is solid and the merge process is simple. Definitely worth trying if you have messy customer data.
