ShelHealth review for Sitejabber Customer Reviews
Sept. 11, 2022
Scammers. For one, they allow to bulk request reviews from the customers. Don't mention no limit of anything but when I uploaded the list, they only send out 50 reviews. For two, they supposedly "offer" a free trial but you won't be able to get a free trial until you schedule a call with them. They want to get you to commit to their services, so the trial is not really free. Their business is predatory, preying on the fact that 99% of the time only dissatisfied customers leave reviews, and they want you to pay to get reviews from satisfied customers. Scammers. Frankly, should be removed from the app store.
Thanks for reaching out, we appreciate the opportunity to clarify some things. We find the most successful trials are those where we speak to organizations first to discuss goals and highlight which features would be the most beneficial. There’s no commitment necessary and you can still continue to take full advantage of the features included in our free plan. Businesses get both positive and negative reviews so, whether you have a free or paid plan - what kind of reviews are given are of-course completely up to the business's customers. Businesses do find a lot of utility with our platform in the collection, monitoring, and distribution of reviews from their customers.
