The free version gives you no control over the emails, the scheduling, the frequency, the templates, ANYTHING! I don't know when emails are being sent, I can't see the email template, I can't edit the email signature... The only positive is that thankfully I got all 5 star reviews and the widget displays fine on my homepage. However, I was told yesterday that a customer left a review because they felt "harassed". I wish I could see or modify ANY kind of settings. Looking for a new app now.

Good service, very helpful teams. The review tools are simple and anyone on the team can jump on quickly. We spend less time moderating and resolving when we do get a low rating.

We first saw Sitejabber at a conference and started talking about what they offer. We had been with Trustpilot previously, and while those services were good, the price was too high and we could not continue using them. Sitejabber seemed to offer similar services at a fraction of the cost, so we continued our conversations after the conference was over. We signed up with plans to implement several services including product reviews and instant feedback when customers place an order, and we still have plans to add more. We have tied in product web pages with reviews, imported reviews from previous platforms, and added the overall company reviews on a web page for both SEO and customers looking for validation of our company. We are rolling out automatic posting of our positive reviews on social media and generating graphics we can use on other marketing. Periodic check ins with our account rep help keep things on track, and when I have mentioned problems, technical support has come through for us, resolving the issues quickly and efficiently. All in all, Sitejabber has been just what we needed, and several years after signing up we are still going strong.
