Canceled their app before the free trial expired because it didn’t work on my store and they still want to charge me. Update nothing has changed still.

Seems you've used for 3 days only before cancelling, the amount hasn't been credited on our side (billing cycle), if it is the case, happy to refund. Great app in addition to the Dual Pricing one. Excellent support and no question is too difficult. Ameen and Felix helped with another conflicting app issue we had by using this app and now all running perfectly! Highly recommend this app and support team : )
