We are extremely disappointed with this app and the overall experience. Since installing it, our Google rankings and organic traffic have only declined. The biggest issue is the complete lack of support and communication. We gave the team access to our website over a month ago, and until today nobody has contacted us, guided us, or explained how to properly use the app according to our store’s specific needs and SEO structure. The app keeps submitting sitemap updates to Google Search Console every single day, creating unnecessary SEO noise and confusion. Instead of helping our indexing and visibility, it feels like it has harmed our site's stability and performance. We have been using this app for about a month and a half, and unfortunately we have only experienced negative results so far. We truly hope the developers will finally respond to our repeated requests and provide proper support, guidance, and professional service.

After investigating further, it appears our responses may not have been reaching you correctly, which is why we also attempted to contact you through your website contact form to make sure communication was received. Regarding sitemap submissions, the app does not create harmful “SEO noise” or negatively impact rankings simply by updating sitemap data in Google Search Console. Sitemap updates are a normal part of keeping search engines informed about store changes, especially on active Shopify stores. However, every store’s SEO structure is different, and proper configuration is important. We genuinely want to help and are more than happy to review your setup directly, explain the current configuration, and provide recommendations tailored to your store. Our goal has always been to improve indexing control and sitemap management, not make things more difficult.
