Amazing customer support, very nice and responsive! I definitely recommend Prime AI app as a customer-friendly way to quickly identify the best size and fit of the garment, without making any complex calculations of the size chart.
AI-based and very helpful in easily finding the right size. However, it would be even better if a few other metrics were included to identify the most accurate fit. Overall, the size chart app is excellent—simple, easy to use, customizable, and completely free. Exactly what I needed. Thank you so much for this tool, I highly recommend it!

I have seen a notable difference in conversion since including this function on our website. The steps within the app are clear and concise and do not feel intrusive for the consumer beyond directing them to their suited size efficiently. Our return rate is also much lower.
