So I have a situation where I have used this app for almost a year. So in a sense I am an old customer. I have a free subscription, and I have asked them to move this app to my other store, which only diference is the language (and for that reason I want to close my first store), so basically, to do that, they are forcing me to take a business plan. I would understand if that was another store, a different product, other business - but now it is identical and the only difference is language... Don't get this app, because you can get the same functionality just by asking AI to do that. And as you see they will use every opportunity to make money from you.

As we previously mentioned, our app will remain completely free for your current store for as long as it stays installed. To cover our operational costs — including servers, customer support, and ongoing development — we have had to move to a paid model for new users. We still have a free plan available, which you are welcome to use on your new store. Very good app. It's simple but clean and it does the job very well. The customer team helped me tweak and customize it in various ways and were really responsive to all my requests.

The Sized team has been extremely helpful and responsive every time I’ve run into technical difficulties. Their support goes above and beyond, making sure my questions are answered quickly and clearly. The app itself is reliable and easy to use, and the customer service makes a huge difference.
