Pague la suscripción pero mi dinero se fue a la basura: 1. No tienen un chat de soporte y no contestan el correo 2. No puedes usar 2 mesas (superior e inferior) 3. No puedes duplicar la guia de tallas si lo necesitas 4. No puedes adjuntar la mesa a varias colecciones a la vez La pestaña (widget) y su configuracion fué lo unico bueno

We got the paid version for the size guide, however the app is not working. We have sent so many emails and requests for help and no one replied to us, it's been more than 2 weeks. It was a waste of money and waste of time for us.

Bad experience with this app. I had trouble setting the sizes correctly. I was receiving support the first day of the problem without a solution and they stopped responding to my emails, I was writing repeatedly without response.

Hi! We told you how to change size guide INCH to CM. After that we manually changed your table measurements as we talked and we didn't received any emails from you after the problem was fixed.

Failed badly right on the store launch. When we tried to upload products via CSV and after that it started behaving weird. First previous all size charts were set to default then when we tried to edit a single product it corrected that individual product itself. After which the size chart app was down. Simply no response at all. Even the app failed to load in the shopify backend control panel.

Our hosting provider had a DNS failure yesterday and we took urgent measures to migrate. It was the first time in a year and a half, everyone has problems.
