Skio, a subscription platform for Shopify, has received overwhelmingly positive reviews from ecommerce merchants. We’ve had a great experience with Skio so far. My CSM, Matt, has been incredibly responsive and supportive of our goals. We’ve recently made significant improvements to our cancellation rate, and he’s consistently bringing thoughtful ideas to enhance the customer experience while staying aligned with our brand goals.
This will be my third time migrating from another subscription provider to SKIO and I would 100% do it again. The set up is easy, the UX for customers is second to none and their team couldn't be more helpful. We have jumped from 2% to 22% cancellation deflections due to their clever multi-step cancel flows, plus the ability to embed quick links within emails as well as via customer support is a great feature (among many others). If you are thinking of migrating, as they say at Nike, JUST DO IT.
Skio is awesome! Matt and Niki went above and beyond a typical software provider, helping us configure a ton of custom solutions for our brand. The platform itself has a ton of great features, and the customer service has been excellent. Highly recommend Skio to any DTC brand running subscriptions.
Skio has surpassed my expectations! The platform itself, Shopify integration + migration, and product capabilities have been perfect for our growing business. Beyond just being a great product- the level of customer support has been exceptional. Our success manager, D'Tanga, is extremely responsive and helpful (we have direct access via Slack, which is super convenient!), and always available to assist with special edge cases and provide thoughtful recommendations to improve our subscription program. Would absolutely recommend- by far the best subscription platform I've used!
