Skio has surpassed my expectations! The platform itself, Shopify integration + migration, and product capabilities have been perfect for our growing business. Beyond just being a great product- the level of customer support has been exceptional. Our success manager, D'Tanga, is extremely responsive and helpful (we have direct access via Slack, which is super convenient!), and always available to assist with special edge cases and provide thoughtful recommendations to improve our subscription program. Would absolutely recommend- by far the best subscription platform I've used!

Skio has been a great partner in helping us create a program that works best for us. I have been impressed with their level of service and attention to detail. 5 STARS ALL AROUND From Recharge -> Stay.AI -> to SKIO! and never leaving :) Switching to Skio has been one of the best decisions we've made for our subscription program. The platform itself is powerful, intuitive, and built with DTC brands in mind — everything from passwordless login to the customer portal to the reporting just works the way you'd want it to. Churn tools, swap flexibility, and the ability to actually understand subscriber behavior have made a real difference in how we operate. But honestly, what takes the experience from great to exceptional is our rep, D'Tanga. I genuinely could not do this without him. He's responsive, strategic, and treats our business like it's his own. Whether I'm troubleshooting something mid-launch, brainstorming retention strategy, or trying to push the platform further than I know how, D'Tanga shows up every single time with solutions, ideas, and a level of care you rarely find with SaaS partners. He's become an extension of our team, and the fact that Skio pairs best-in-class tech with a human like D'Tanga is why I recommend them to every brand that asks. If you're evaluating subscription platforms, stop evaluating. Skio is the answer, they rock!

We've been on Skio for a while now, but working with Gabrielle Yang has taken our subscription program to a completely different level. She didn't just show up as a support contact, she came in as a true partner. She proactively dug into our data, surfaced insights, and came to every conversation loaded with ideas that were actually relevant to where we are as a brand. You can tell she genuinely cares about our growth. That kind of rep is rare. If you're on Skio and you have the chance to work with Gabby, consider yourself lucky. She's the real deal.

Skio is hands down the best subscription tool out there. I spent a lot of time researching different options, and since starting with Skio, we’ve been consistently satisfied. The platform is super intuitive and the UX is great. Also, the level of support is honestly outstanding. Their whole team is incredibly responsive, and they’re constantly rolling out thoughtful feature updates that make a real difference (most of the times from customer painpoints, since they love taking in feedback). A special shoutout to Elliot, who has been an amazing account manager: always proactive, helpful, and genuinely invested in our success. If you’re looking for a reliable and high performing subscription solution, I can’t recommend Skio enough.

We’ve had a really smooth experience with Skio so far, it’s helped shift control to the customer in a really clean way, which has taken a lot of pressure off our Customer Support team. New features and improvements are coming through all the time, which is great because it’s clear they’re always working on improvements for us and our customers. Elliot and the team have been great to work with, always approachable and genuinely helpful whenever we need input or want to sense check something. Their support team is also incredibly responsive and really thorough when it comes to digging into more complex issues.

We've been really impressed with Skio. The platform makes managing subscriptions straightforward and the overall experience for our customers is constantly improving as new features are being released every month. A special shoutout to Elliot and the support team, they’ve been an absolute pleasure to work with. Whenever we had questions or needed support, Elliot was quick to respond, knowledgeable, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly. We run a women's health supplement brand with thousands of active subscriptions on SKIO, and Elliot has been incredible to work with. When I joined the team as CRO, we had a ton of subscription infrastructure work to do - variant restructuring, cancel flow optimization, payment recovery, portal UX improvements, the whole nine yards. Elliot built out a detailed tracker of everything, prioritized it all, and walked us through the migration path step by step. He genuinely understands the technical side of subscriptions at scale, so conversations with him are always productive. The platform is super solid too - bulk operations, flexible cancel flows with tiered retention offers, dunning optimization, and clean analytics. But Elliot is what makes SKIO special. He operates more like a subscription strategist than a support rep. Always responsive, always thinking about the bigger picture. Helped us scale subs 10x in under a year. Our Success Manager Sandro is always on top of things and keep us in the loop for new features of the platform and utilize whats best to increase conversions. Platform is superb and it does what it promises it does BUT what makes it better is the overall SUPPORT that the team provides from success managers to their tech support team.

Look once and don't look elsewhere. You're reading this, and either you're in two buckets: 1. You're a new brand looking to offer subscription or maybe you are and you want it be more serious. 2. You're an established brand, and you need to scale. Your current sub platform isn't doing it, and there's a few things that you need and want. My advice is choosing a subscription platform that meets your customer's needs is one of the most important things to consider for growth. As for ANY platform, ask yourself is this the platform I want to use for the next couple of years, or if I migrate to from/to, will my customer's payment tokens still be intact? Now onto the real deal: Skio is, hands down, the subscription platform Shopify brands should be using. I've demoed, implemented, optimized, and migrated from nearly every other subscription solution on the market. If there's an alternative you're considering, there's a very high likelihood I've worked with it firsthand. What sets Skio apart isn't branding or novelty, it's execution. Switching to Skio will be one of the smartest moves you make for your company. I've made the move for two brands that are growing very quickly. Skio has provided a level of support that is unparalleled. From their email support team, to their team on Slack, they are the best. Our dedicated account managers have been life-savers (I'm talking about Ben and Matt). They have turned us on to several new integrations that have been amazing for us. It feels like we have more of a partnership with them. They are looking out for our best interests, and it shows. Subscribers are our most important customer segment. I've been able to consolidate our subscription and loyalty programs with Skio. Now our subscribers can easily and quickly apply rewards points directly to their subscription. This was a difficult experience for our customers with our previous integration.

We adopted Skio to launch our subscription program at Ethique, and the experience has been seamless. The setup couldn't have been easier, thanks to its robust and deep integration with Shopify. This is an extremely powerful tool, particularly with its Klaviyo integration and the ability to send SMS reminders directly from the app, allowing us to set up unique events and triggers that personalize every customer touchpoint. Furthermore, Skio's native bulk change feature is incredibly helpful for managing large catalogs, allowing major updates like migrating to Product 2.0 or performing price changes across hundreds of SKUs in just a few clicks. The subscription portal itself is exceptionally customizable, easily pulling in our brand style and design. This creates limitless opportunities to send customers through unique journeys and ensure they have the best brand experience, making the entire subscription management process highly efficient for merchants. Beyond the powerful features, their support is truly unmatched. Our success manager, Alessandro Pacitti, is always a message away to help with troubleshooting and is consistently open to hearing ideas for future roadmap development. He doesn't just wait for questions; he comes to meetings with proactive strategies on how we can fully leverage the platform to enhance our subscription service. Subscription can feel overwhelming, but Skio makes the entire merchant experience intuitive and reliable.
