This will be my third time migrating from another subscription provider to SKIO and I would 100% do it again. The set up is easy, the UX for customers is second to none and their team couldn't be more helpful. We have jumped from 2% to 22% cancellation deflections due to their clever multi-step cancel flows, plus the ability to embed quick links within emails as well as via customer support is a great feature (among many others). If you are thinking of migrating, as they say at Nike, JUST DO IT.
