Skio has helped us elevate our CX immensely. We can clearly see our customer service tickets are way down now that we've switched to Skio. We appreciate all of the features offered. We wish they would offer more customizable discounting on subscriptions, for example, a deeper discount on the first subscription order and then back to our regular pricing, but we've heard that's something in the works. A special mention to Ben, our account manager who is always there to help us out, and answers super quickly!
