I can't speak highly enough about our experience so far, Josiah who did our migration was really communicative and it went super smooth. So far we've had a few onboarding calls with Karl who's been able to help us set up various features that should solve a lot of our pain points that we were struggling with - optimising the customer portal to remove friction, setting up a cancellation flow to minimise churn, and surprise and delight to reward our customers. Super excited to see the potential uplift from this!
