We used Recharge a few years ago but encountered several issues. That’s when we had the opportunity to connect with Kennan (Skio’s founder), who helped us migrate to Skio. Given our unique setup, the process involved many steps, but his team was incredibly responsive and patient throughout—making the transition seamless. What stood out to us was Skio’s commitment to real, human communication. Unlike other subscription apps that rely on impersonal ticketing systems, Skio provided direct access to their team—a huge benefit for us. Even as Skio has grown over the years (and as one of their smaller brands), their customer service has remained exceptional. From day one, we’ve felt valued, and whenever issues arise, we know their team will work with us to resolve them—like a true partnership. Their platform is intuitive and user-friendly, and it’s become one of our most essential apps. We’re so glad we made the switch. If you’re looking for a subscription app that’s easy to use and backed by an outstanding team, I highly recommend Skio.
