I give it a two-star for the completely chaotic and ADD-structured interface. Although the app will generate the SKU's and barcodes in bulk, it's all over the place. And the pricing packages are also all over the place and you don't feel clear at what exactly it provides. I paid for the advanced options, but when I tried to generate the SKU's I was still required to pay monthly. It's also missing other important information. For example, it gives no clarification or examples what the officially accepted and required format is for the different SKU options (Code-128, EAN-13 encoding, Google, Amazon, etc). You need the right structure to not generate a Google ad listing ban. And, like someone else pointed out, it does overwrite your own tailored numbering once it generates SKU's.

The overwrite behavior for existing SKUs is optional and can be turned off in the app settings — the app does warn before changes are made. I have been a SKU Gen customer for a few years, and I can confidently say their app is excellent, and their customer service is truly exceptional. It is incredibly refreshing to find a company that genuinely values its customers beyond the sale.
