It is incredibly refreshing to find a company that genuinely values its customers beyond the sale. The best app and the most amazing customer service. I needed to adjust my labels and they 100% above and beyond. They adjusted and customized my labels for my shopify. Cannot say enough good things about this app! Easy to use, affordable and great service!

We needed a way to print labels based on a Stocky-generated CSV based on ordered quantity, instead of received. SkuGen promptly replied to my emails and after a few clarifications, they offered to add this feature. Within three days it was ready and tested. It worked! Excellent customer service.

It will *override* your existing SKUs with *random starting number* even if you 1. selected only generate for items without SKU and 2. choose a starting number yourself. A nightmare to for any store owner.
Thank you for your feedback. Our app does not generate SKUs randomly—every SKU follows the format and starting number chosen by the user. Additionally, the option to generate SKUs only for items without one works as expected.
