The SKULabs app is support by one of the best tech team I've had the please of working with in the decade of experience I have in e-commerce. Their Customer Service is great, with both technical support, errors and understanding of their own app. You'd think the last point is self explanatory; however, we've ran into plenty of reps for their companies whom do not understand their apps. The App is simple to use, and the fact that connects to multi-stores with such ease has allowed our business to better manage our inventory - though not perfect. The App still could use some more custom features, and I with time, their road map aims to please their customers. Great inventory management system.

Great warehouse management software. The team is professional and flexible. They are welcoming recommendations, and if the recommendations make sense, they are more than willing to implement it. Great choice

I've used SKULabs for 2 business operations, and I have nothing to complain about. In both businesses, I started with all possible options on the market, Skuvault, shihero, to name a few, and then actually use each and every app to see which one works the best. SKUlabs won both times. It's a good balance of functionality, affordability, and customer support. The service I got from the team is superb, they really care about the customer and the product. All in all, highly recommended!

In just over a year we have increased our businesses revenue by over 50% and our net profit by a further 17% SKULabs is a intuitive, powerful ERP tool that doesn't cost an ERP sized fortune. My entire team utilise SKULabs from varying levels and departments and it is fantastic. The support is always quick and friendly.

SKULabs is a great company and they have amazing support. Very easy to use and if you have any problems they are willing to jump on a call to try and help. I would highly recommend this app for anyone who needs rules based shipping and warehouse management system.

SKU Labs is an A++ company. They have amazing support. The app is very easy to use and if you have any problems they are willing to jump on a call / screen share to try and help. I would highly recommend this app for anyone selling across multiple channels.

The guys at SKULabs have been incredibly helpful and generous with their time in the set up process. We have some unique requirements for our inventory management and fulfillment, and Alex and Alexander have immediately understood the needs of our business, and worked with us to integrate SKULabs into it. We have just started using this across multiple locations and countries, and so far could not be happier.

We have found SKULabs a pleasure to work with, a rare find in the 'app world'. They are willing to work with you and your stores needs, available on the phone and don't hide behind chats or emails. Can't shout about them enough - our only regret is not finding them sooner!

Just switched to SKULabs from StitchLabs and couldn’t be happier. Great customer service and much less complicated than the latter. Highly recommend after the nightmare that was Stitch.

This app is a must have for any real need for inventory management. Saves me so much time every day!! This is not a "app" for this or that, this is a real solution for inventory management and it ships!! Great job SKULabs!!

This app has been a great tool for our inventory management. It is easy to use, it's boosted our efficiency, and the support staff has been very helpful and accommodating when we've had questions or requests for additional features. Highly recommended!

This is quite simply one of the best and most extensive inventory management systems available for Shopify. It has significantly reduced our picking/fulfillment times and thus increased our efficiency, it has reduced our postage costs, and it is incredibly simple to use despite its powerful features. Not to mention, Brent and the entire support team are very responsive and always helpful in answering any questions our business has. Worth every penny.

First, Josh and Brent have been great at answering all my questions and listening to the new feature requests as it relates to our specific business needs. Prior to SKULabs, we used a very complex order/inventory management solution. Onboarding took several months and training our new staff was equally as challenging. This is one of the main reasons we love SKULabs so much, it's all contained in one ecosystem which made setup much faster. Secondly, onboarding/training our new employees is so much easier. We love SKULabs and in a short time period, it has already made our business more efficient as we scale our operations. I highly recommend the platform!!!
