I just received an order of test prints, and I am thrilled with the results. I really would give this app more than 5 stars if I could. My whole experience with Skyou since discovering them a few weeks ago through the app store has been exceptional. Cross fingers my luck continues, as this has been one of my best online experiences ever. Where do I start... well... the Skyou designer is at least 2 quantum leaps beyond the 3 other companies I have used in the past for P.O.D. It really is hard to believe they give access to this tool for free. For anyone with basic photoshop type skills this is an instant ticket to being a fashion designer! Even without those skills the learning curve is as good as you could possibly hope for. On top of that, their prices are better, and they use quality cotton and manufacturing that leaves the competition in the dust. I also appreciate that the import of the products to my store is very smooth. I inquired why the vendor name was not showing up as Skyou, since everything else was superb and well organised. Within a day they had fixed it. Wow. The help materials were extensive and well organised. And when I had questions the support was quick and really helpful. To top it all off their assistance in getting the test order to me quickly was much appreciated, and they even did not charge me for some things I was expecting to pay for. I just wish every online business interaction was as good as this! I'm in shock, pinching myself to wake up as it all seems too good to be true. So whatever you do, don't install this app because I don't want the competition. Listen, this is the only app that gives me true creative control of my products. I have been able to redesign and make a better product with SKYOU. Their work is top notch, and I have seen a dramatic difference in my satisfaction scores from customers. Love LOVE Love this app. I see others posting their sites... Ours is tokinart.com

I have other apps that I have used to design apparel for ExtraMediumGymwear.com, but as soon as I discovered SKYOU, I have pretty much stopped using any other app. SKYOU has the most amazing 3D design tool that is so fun and easy to create the most amazing clothing designs. All of the stuff on my site that my customers rave about is the stuff I've designed in SKYOU. Brennan has answered every question of mine so quickly and thoroughly. I HIGHLY recommend SKYOU and would give the 10 stars if I could. Thank you SKYOU!

SKYOU has allowed me to take my clothing to the next level! Their garment construction is second to none and colors are incredibly vibrant. Also, the designs aren't printed on but instead are made into the actual clothing, so I don't have to worry about them fading or cracking over time. When ever I have a question or need help their team is incredibly responsive. It's great to finally find a manufacturer who works with me and helps to make sure the end product is as good as possible. You won't find a company that gives you as much control over your pieces' designs as SKYOU does. If you're looking to start a clothing line, SKYOU should be who you do it with!

UPDATE 1/1/2022: It pains me to have to update this negatively but this service does not live up to the promises that they had for their brand partners. The design interface is AWESOME and more than that, their pricing for CUT AND SEW garments was so competitive that despite the less than ideal delivery times, the quality and pricing made the weight worth it. But now, it looks like they aren't even around anymore. I had been a regular customer of theirs for a long time and now can't get any emails back about when they will be resuming production and their website isn't even live anymore. It looks as if the company's owners have gotten themselves into some hot water, which might explain why things seem to have dropped cold. I really DO hope that new investors can take the reigns here and bring this back because I TRULY did like the products and the pricing. ------------------ I have tried a few different POD services so far and some leave a lot to be desired in terms of quality and customization. What I do love about Skyou is the design interface, I haven't seen any other POD services using one like it and it really is fantastic at being able to truly customize your garments. Another is that its 100% cut and sew which means no printing irregularities that you generally get with dye sublimation on blank garments. The pricing for cut and sew tanks and teeshirts here is really not any more expensive than what you would get for dye sub on blank garments elsewhere. I love that I can truly customize every single garment. The mockup generator is fantastic, I love that its 3D mockups and you can see the garment in every single direction. The design tool has FAR FAR more options for customizing than any other that I've tried. The disadvantages is the time it takes to get things. I have mostly ordered samples for myself so far but I have had about a half dozen customers buy tees/tanks from me as well. The turnaround time for customers to get their products tends to be about 30 days, which for a cut and sew garment is somewhat justifiable but at the same time, customers don't like waiting 30 days to get a teeshirt. Customer service for me with them has been great, I've gotten the best customer service from their team more than any other POD I've used previously. I will say that it seems like much of the delay in getting items is due to some kind of production issue they found during quality control inspection, which I 100% appreciate that they take such care in making sure the garments are what they should be. I would say if you primarily do single color teeshirts or tanks with a single design on the front or back, Skyou may not be for you, as you can get those types of garments with a faster turnaround time elsewhere. If you are looking to do completely cut/sew garments that don't look like the usual dye sub teeshirts then Skyou is great. I've been incredibly satisfied with all the samples I've gotten for myself and the teeshirts look very professional quality. The yoga pants are really great, the leggings I wasn't as satisfied overall with the density of the fabric used. I do use another service for women's skirts and dresses and I would like to see Skyou expand its selection of women's apparel so that I can use them more exclusively (and really Skyou, a simple stretch pencil skirt/mini skirt or body con dress isn't that complicated to draft or make). My apparel sales aren't alot at this point to where the slower fulfillment time is currently an issue but going forward, it may be easier to get a larger wholesale order made and then sell it direct from my own website instead of the make on demand option. So if you have need for very large order fulfillment and you want to have a fast turnaround time with your orders, your better option may be to just place a large wholesale order with them and sell off the inventory yourself.

I can't recommend them...at least not at this point. I was just told that I am looking at a TWO WEEK turnaround to get my customers their orders. I should have been made aware that they were moving factories and that there would be long delays BEFORE I placed my order. I should have been able to make that choice going in. Now I have to contact my customers and possibly refund a lot of money. Additionally, for a business doing their type of numbers how can you justify not investing in 24/7 customer service...or at least quick customer service? Customer service is slow. 12 - 24 hours later type of slow. At this point I'd have to say that I'm just not convinced SKYOU is a professional partner. You'd be taking a HUGE risk putting your business in their hands. I wish I had better things to say and if they turn it around at some point I'll update you guys but for now STAY FAR AWAY FROM SKYOU.

Hello, so I’m a newby to shopify. And I was surfing through and I found this app got recommended for me. And I knew as soon as I saw the video for it, I was hooked. The creative minds that went into designing this app. God bless you! Seriously. I have ordered some samples and I can’t wait to get them... I’m sure the quality will be superb. I’m so excited to try this app out. I’ve tried a few other design shops but... they just don’t have that all around print feature. Let’s see what happens. I’ll leave another review when the samples come in.

Design tool is the best I've seen & used as of now! Communication and support over at Skyou is awesome. When ever I ran onto an issue with the program the staff at Skyou responded super fast to resolve my problem and kept me informed the entire time. Great program great service. I'm happy.

Updated Review - 11/7/2018: I had an issue with this app, and thought for a very long time about whether or not I should remove the negative review I left because of it. Ultimately it came down to this. I had a problem. The owner of Skyou personally resolved it. And I was touched by his sincerity and passion for his business. That's a rare chain of events when doing business, and for that, a positive rating is well deserved. Nothing more needs to be said. -------------------------------------------------------------- Updated Review - 10/5/2018: Removed -------------------------------------------------------------- Previous Review: I have been a Shopify client for over 5 years, and have tried many apps. I have never left an app review — until now. This app deserves it. It is by far one of the most well-designed, flawless, most professional apps I have ever used. It is obvious the team at SKYOU has invested some SERIOUS time (and financial resources) into developing this app. The app is beyond robust, and I am truly amazed at how powerful it is. But the app itself is not the only thing that's impressive. The products are incredible. Extremely reasonably priced and of superb quality. It has caused me to cancel nearly all my relationships with other apparel and tech accessory vendors. I only use other vendors now for products SKYOU can't supply. There is definitely a learning curve. But it is sooo worth it. When you activate the app, you are immediately subscribed to an email campaign that breaks down how to use the app and maximize it's potential. Unlike other marketing emails, this newsletter is packed with extremely useful information and links to very well-made, easy to follow, quick and simple YouTube video tutorials. I am just at a complete loss for all the words to describe how good this is. I only wish I'd found this app sooner, and tip my hat to everyone at SKYOU that was responsible for putting this together. The app I find very user friendly. Has great designing capabilities. I ordered 2 samples on May 24 and received both items on June 12. Received 13 business days later which is great. Another bonus is that the items come with no other signs of branding, the tag has no branding just care instructions, size etc. I was able to send a question during the start up and received a timely response. This app is really good for printing patterns. I was hesitant at first because there were not very many reviews but I am glad I gave this app a go and will continue to use it.

The generator to put your designs on your products is extremly lagging and way too time consuming, if I add up the amount of time I would spend waiting because of how slow it is, I would have wasted at least 1 hr everyday doing nothing. I cannot access the app anymore as it's telling me to create an account even though I have already. Will be removing this. Dont bother
