I'm new and needed help with my first TikTok Shop order. I ended up with duplicate orders because my TikTok Shop setup was incorrect. I contacted the Chat support and Rawail was extremely helpful. She directed me in how to straighten out Shopify and what settings I needed to correct on TikTok Shop. I had both TikTok app and TikTok for SPL running. She also instructed me to run a test order to ensure my changes were ok. I should have done this in the beginning. Thanks, Rawail for your assistance.
