Frank was very helpful in helping me get the " Tik Tok Shop - SLP app set up.
Frank was excellent! I was stressed out by not having my shop connected correctly and he was able to walk me through. He eased my anxiety about being a new seller and I'm grateful for his support.

Was call by company and issued refund immediately and also offered free training in this app so I can lean to use properly so happy with service

After deleting the app, I am still being charged €43.84 monthly for the subscription. Very unfortunate. I even indicated during the trial that I didn't want to continue with the subscription, and yet I am still being billed for it.
