Funktioniert nicht - Bestände werden nicht synchronisiert und entsprechend auch nicht aktuell gehalten, dadurch kommt es zu Bestandsproblemen. Support ist nur auf 5-Sterne bedacht und will einen nach kurzer unzureichender Einführung abwimmeln und drängt auf eine 5-Sterne Bewertung bevor eine vollständig funktionierende Einrichtung erfolg t ist. Die hätte ich gegeben - wenn der Automatismus wie versprochen funktionieren würde.

Rude and unprofessional! David did not seem to be interested in responding to me when I asked him to introduce himself, Its my first time using this app and I wanted to get familiar with the people as a normal person would want to do. I pay a large sum of money to this company and expect to be treated with some decency when asking for help.

Worst experience ever, customer service is horrible, paid for the $150 monthly plan. The app has a lot of bug. when you reach out for customer service, it took over a MONTH for them to get back to you, and when they do, they dont answer you questions, they dont seem to know what they're' doing

I installed this app and had a few minor questions. I spoke with two support representatives, but unfortunately, neither of them had basic knowledge about Shopify. Because of this, I decided to uninstall the app. Overall, the app does not offer much more functionality than the standard TikTok app. Also is the price total expensive. For that what he offer.. if you send out in different markets you need to have more shop connections and they can only connect one shop per market.

This started off so good: Love the interface and the AI mapping function! But there were a number of issues and customer service was way too slow and unresponsive. The main issue was that it kept feeding through old TikTok orders on a daily basis (very old ones, that had already been fulfilled and completed). We had to nag to get help and most issues remained unresolved and even unacknowledged.

At first this app and their support were great. After becoming a paid member it fell apart. The app stopped working. Inventory stopped being synced. Orders stopped being synced. It was a nightmare. I was selling variants I didn't have in stock. . . I tried to work with them for a few months and every time they assured me it would work after giving me some generic response. They did not take the time to meet with me or try to help with the issue. I deleted and asked for a refund. . . and radio silence :) I suggest another app with better support.
