This started off so good: Love the interface and the AI mapping function! But there were a number of issues and customer service was way too slow and unresponsive. The main issue was that it kept feeding through old TikTok orders on a daily basis (very old ones, that had already been fulfilled and completed). We had to nag to get help and most issues remained unresolved and even unacknowledged.

Arranged 2 calls, both not attending. Try to connect to live chat multiple times, which is never live. Never able to connect anyone Support is non exist. Will move on to other company which offer the same function but with better service.

At first this app and their support were great. After becoming a paid member it fell apart. The app stopped working. Inventory stopped being synced. Orders stopped being synced. It was a nightmare. I was selling variants I didn't have in stock. . . I tried to work with them for a few months and every time they assured me it would work after giving me some generic response. They did not take the time to meet with me or try to help with the issue. I deleted and asked for a refund. . . and radio silence :) I suggest another app with better support.
