I had some initial teething issues with integration with Shopify due to a degree of duplication with the main Tiktok app. I had a wait a little, but the team then engaged well to help me resolve the issues. The skus seem to be pulling through well into Tiktok Shop and we've successfully processed a handful of sales. I like the dashboard that's simple and easy to understand, albeit with a couple of small glitches that were rapidly resolved by the team. We're effectively running this now in 'trial' mode while we pressure-test the system and start to advertise on Tiktok - holding back on the 5th star until we see that it all works seamlessly with a larger number of orders!

Buena y fácil de usar. El único problema que tengo es que sólo te deja hacer sincronización de productos con Tiktokk en "bulk" si quieres desvincular o hacer cualquier otra acción, esa se tiene que hacer una por una. En mi tienda tenemos más de 5,000 productos y estar subiendo de 50 en 50 es un poco tedioso. Pero la aplicación funciona bien.
