My store was authorized then I received a message to update. When I clicked update there was a blank screen. The agent told me there was an issue with Tik Tok in the US. When reaching out to Tik Tok they reported no issue in the US. I have reached back out and Sara was able to get my store connected within a matter of minutes. She did a great job setting things up for me.
