SPL has been a very useful and easy-to-use app for connecting our Shopify store with TikTok Shop. Being able to manage product syncing, real-time inventory updates, TikTok orders, fulfillment, and tracking in one place saves us a lot of manual work and makes our daily operations much more efficient. We also had an excellent customer support experience. We accidentally subscribed to a higher-tier plan than we needed, and Mehak was very responsive, professional, and proactive in helping us with the refund process. Mehak kept us updated and made the whole situation easy to resolve. A genuinely useful app backed by excellent customer support. Highly recommended!
