The app is sitting idle in the Shopify App Store. A)There is no live chat, and we haven’t received any reply to our emails for a week. We also sent a message through the contact form on the Shopify App contact page, but again, no response for a week. We’ve tried every way possible — no replies via email or live chat. B)The app requires something like an API key to function, but since the company does not respond in any way, there is no chance of obtaining it.
