BE AWARE: They’ll keep charging you even if you uninstall! No refunds. This is hands down the most frustrating experience I’ve had with a Shopify app. I uninstalled the app, didn’t use it for an entire month, and guess what? I still got charged. And not just that – they refused to refund me. I reached out to support immediately, and what followed was a never-ending loop of copy-pasted apologies and empty promises. Every reply was the same generic message: “We’ve escalated your request to the finance team…” “Please be patient…” “We understand your frustration…” It’s been weeks. No refund. No proper resolution. Just the same excuses, over and over again. I was actually planning to re-subscribe after taking a short break from the app, but after this experience? No way. If they treat loyal customers like this, imagine how they’ll treat you when something goes wrong.
