Very confusing to using. Was never able to get help connecting my store to my vendor. Emailed them and never got a response. They did charge my account the $99.00 and kept it. I got nothing from them for a $99 fee.
Does not offer order fulfillment for most vendors. Very deceptive on what's actually available from them. Constant bugs. Thought I was stupid but no the app wasn't working on their back end.

After reviewing your support tickets, our team identified several configuration issues that were preventing parts of the setup from working as expected, including distributor catalog settings and title synchronization. To clarify for anyone reading: automated order fulfillment is currently available for some distributors but not yet for WPS or Parts Unlimited. This app is quite a fantastic option if you are trying to manage a large number of brands from different WD. The app allows you to connect your product data and WD to make sure you have the correct information and only sell products that are available. Set up takes a bit and you need to have a plan on how you want to set it up but once done it works wonderful. Support is extremely responsive and usually responds in under 24 hours. Very knowledgable and help you get through whatever you might need. After trying other apps this one seems to do the trick better than the rest. Definitely a app to consider when looking for a way to manage your products.
