Does not offer order fulfillment for most vendors. Very deceptive on what's actually available from them. Constant bugs. Thought I was stupid but no the app wasn't working on their back end.

This app is quite a fantastic option if you are trying to manage a large number of brands from different WD. The app allows you to connect your product data and WD to make sure you have the correct information and only sell products that are available. Set up takes a bit and you need to have a plan on how you want to set it up but once done it works wonderful. Support is extremely responsive and usually responds in under 24 hours. Very knowledgable and help you get through whatever you might need. After trying other apps this one seems to do the trick better than the rest. Definitely a app to consider when looking for a way to manage your products.

If you’re considering this app, save yourself the frustration. It’s a waste of time, money, and effort, with nothing but broken promises in return. The core features are completely unreliable. Pricing is inaccurate, costs don’t sync, and basic functions fail to operate as promised. While it does allow product uploads, you’re essentially paying extra for a service you already have access to, and the added features don’t even work as they should. This app has been one of the biggest disappointments I’ve ever experienced. Do not buy into there shop in a box. No matter how much time or money I put into it, it never worked properly. Customer support responds quickly, but that’s about it. They acknowledge issues and promise to escalate them, but nothing actually gets resolved. It’s just an endless cycle of waiting with no results.
Thank you for your review. These are brand-specific data issues which are not under our control. For example, the cost issue that you mentioned is due to the brand coding from the distributor. We have notified them and included an override in our app to correct it. We also notified the manufacturer about invalid image URLs. Our app relies on accurate data from the distributors and catalogs. We recommend that you reach out to the manufacturers when you run into these types of issues.
