We did attempt to assist multiple times through email, phone support, and scheduled onboarding meetings, including a full walkthrough of the app and help connecting your vendors. We also investigated the support ticket issue you mentioned, but unfortunately were unable to reproduce the problem on our end. Regarding the $99 charge, the app remains installed and subscribed on the store, which is why billing has continued through Shopify’s subscription system. Our team is still happy to help get everything configured correctly, including vendor integrations and catalog setup. To clarify for anyone reading: automated order fulfillment is currently available for some distributors but not yet for WPS or Parts Unlimited. We understand that this could have been clearer in the app interface, and we appreciate the feedback. Improving visibility around distributor capabilities is something we’re actively working on.
