This looks promising! After giving time to Facebook ads, product descriptions and everything required for running a store, it's a relief that I don't need to manually handle abandoned carts anymore.

Love the app! It's simple to use and it really works. Over the Black Friday weekend this app saved my store over $300 without me having to lift a finger. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for an app to recover their carts!

Updated : They answered me quickly and quickly and solved my problem immediately. Loved the App and the layout is really amazing. Now I'm waiting for the emails to start being sent to see if I actually recover sales. -- The app has everything to be good, but it is full of bugs. First when signing up for your social networks, if you exit the window and back, the app says that you have completed the settings. Wtf? Then I tried to make my emails, and to my surprise I saved the title of my email, and it appeared blank soon after, I tried different big titles, smaller ones and the same problem. This is frustrating.
