Excellent app with great support! SMART Checkout Rules has been extremely useful for our Shopify store. It gives us much more control over checkout rules, payment methods, shipping options, and discount conditions without needing complicated coding. What I appreciate the most is the flexibility of the app and the support team. Whenever we had a specific requirement or faced an issue while setting up a rule, the support team was quick to understand the requirement and help us find the right solution. The app is easy to use, reliable, and has many useful features beyond the basic checkout rules. The support is also excellent, which makes a big difference when running an ecommerce store. I have installed the app and everything seems to be working perfect so far. Mira from customer service was very helpful and very quick in assisting me to resolve an issue (my mistake) and to set up a couple of custom rules that I needed. The response was immediate and to the point. Excellent customer service! I will be playing around with the app a little bit more because there are several noteworthy options that can be utilized in our store. So far this is a 5-star review. keep up the good work!
