Excellent app with great support! SMART Checkout Rules has been extremely useful for our Shopify store. It gives us much more control over checkout rules, payment methods, shipping options, and discount conditions without needing complicated coding. What I appreciate the most is the flexibility of the app and the support team. Whenever we had a specific requirement or faced an issue while setting up a rule, the support team was quick to understand the requirement and help us find the right solution. The app is easy to use, reliable, and has many useful features beyond the basic checkout rules. The support is also excellent, which makes a big difference when running an ecommerce store. Highly recommended for Shopify merchants who want better control over their checkout experience.

Extremely easy to navigate and exceptional customer service!

I thought my checkout was completed until I reached out to support to verify setup. Support truly helped me fill in the gaps I was missing with quick, clear, and detailed instructions. Support even created my Thank You banner for me and activated it on my store! This was an easy supoort experience and a fulfilling experience as well.

Amazing app and outstanding customer support! This app works perfectly on the new Shopify Checkout Extensibility. I needed a specific rule to hide the Cash on Delivery option for certain shipping methods, and it completely solved my problem for free. Special thanks to Mira from the support team, who was incredibly fast, helpful, and fixed my configuration in minutes. Highly recommended!

I am incredibly impressed with the SMART Checkout Rules app. The support team is exceptionally quick and helpful—they responded to my inquiry within seconds and resolved my issue immediately. They even proactively offered to set up the rule for me, which they completed almost instantly. A special thank you to Mira for such outstanding assistance. Highly recommended!

very efficient team, quick to respond and immediately sorted out my issue

I have installed the app and everything seems to be working perfect so far. Mira from customer service was very helpful and very quick in assisting me to resolve an issue (my mistake) and to set up a couple of custom rules that I needed. The response was immediate and to the point. Excellent customer service! I will be playing around with the app a little bit more because there are several noteworthy options that can be utilized in our store. So far this is a 5-star review. keep up the good work!
