I have a problem with your app, and I have written you twice in the last week with no response. Can you solve my problem with your app? Thanks ----Update: after this review, they solved my problem.

Updated: Thank you. I've received your emails and read the reply to this review. I appreciate the reply and fix. Previous Review: I've emailed support team in the past, via "support link" or the gmail email address they provide in the app. I've never received a response yet. They recently included a new feature in the app, 'Enable GDPR-compliant analytics' which seems to relate to a new console error I'm receiving from our site. I get a status 400 error from file 'set_tracking_consent.json' which, according to Shopify Support, the app is failing for smarteucookinbanner.upsell-apps even when agreeing to cookie consent.
Hi, thanks for the review and for reaching out! I've been working on new feature development the last few days and got distracted. Sorry about that! (I sent the following via email but for anyone who's curious...) Luckily that 400 status response is just a console warning from a Shopify API that was recently released, and wasn't causing any slowdowns or errors. The banner was still displaying, waiting for consent, and tracking acceptance. Shopify just launched their Customer Privacy API at the start of the month, which is an API that lets our banner tell 3rd party apps when a user has consented to tracking. When the API left beta, Shopify changed the API behavior to render a 400 response if you interact with it when it's not necessary. I just deployed an update to the banner, so now we only call the API endpoint when it's necessary. You won't see that console error anymore, and fortunately you don't need to change anything so we should be all set! Thanks again for reaching out.

Really easy to setup & it creates a non-intrusive cookie banner which matches our branding. Would recommend if you want to be GDPR compliant!

There is a flaw in the app. Customer service doesn't respond to emails. Would not recommend this app!!

Does exactly what it says it does. Highly recommended to be compliant with new European laws (even if you're not located in the EU).

Great App. It was super easy to install and customize, looks great without grabbing too much customer attention. And most important: it is actually GDPR compliant (unlike most other apps)!

This app is great so far. It's simple to use and it actually allows visitors to revoke their consent. The ability to choose if I want to display it at the bottom or the top of my page is also appreciated.

Tried out a few cookie banner apps but this is definitely the BEST of all! Supports all languages, looks smart, has a special tool included, and is pretty cheap compared to other apps which are actually bad. I recommend this app to anybody who needs a GDPR banner - it's really the best!

Great app, the best so far for GDPR compliance and Ed was so helpful when i was having trouble adding code for Facebook and Google Analytics. It makes it so easy to control cookies and love that it can be customised - all for a great price! Highly recommend.

Very easy to set up and integrates well into site. I like that you can choose to show in EU only and in many languages. Would definitely recommend.

Super easy to install! Love that it only shows the cookie bar to EU vistors and the automatic translation is perfect! Would definitely recommend!
