And I'm willing to refund you out of good will. Update: We refunded everything we could through our Shopify partners dashboard and reached out to Shopify to cancel the subscription so the merchant is not charged again and to refund the charges we cannot refund due to Shopify limitations. The refunds will be processed in 3-4 business days.
