Chris needs to get a raise! very helpful, checked store for preloading, helped with refund on duplicate purchase, all with a positive attitude. Makes me want to use Tiny SEO for other ecom stores. Thanks Chris! Ryan

One of the most wonderful things that can happen.. after a year and a half of struggle with a heavy and slow store on mobile versions.. for the first time since that time until now, I find a very clear improvement in browsing mobile versions thanks to your wonderful application.. I thank you very much for this amazing help, quick response, and also your perfect application for a faster and lighter store.

terrible app. Changed our store and messed it all up.
Hi, I checked your store and could not find any issues. I checked homepage, product pages, collection pages, custom pages, etc. I also see you only used our app for image optimisation and with amazing results! Over 500MB reduced from 1500+ images. And you're still using our optimised versions on your store. So I'm really confused what happened.. Also I could not find any conversations with our customer support.. I wrote you an email, could you please get back to me on what happened ? We would love to understand the issue as from our end we could not see anything wrong.

Since I installed TinySEO, I've noticed a difference in speed. When I discovered and put in place the whole set, I learned and improved our online store - very satisfied so far. I am looking forward to more results and returns. I am pleased and very satisfied with my interaction with the support, more than 2 or 3 interactions. They are very professional, competent, and helpful (Point of view of an IT guy in his past life). I would definitely recommend.

Great support, I had a question regarding a small change. They resolved it quickly. On top of that they guided me through some SEO suggestions which will greatly benefit my site. I can't recommend TinySEO enough.

Incredible service. I am starting out with SEO, and this app has saved me tonnes of time by automating tasks I used to do manually. The support team always provides extremely quick responses to questions. Julia provides a fully rounded, detailed answer that I can understand. They have greatly helped improve my product rankings.

LOVE the app as well as customer service. They are always truly helpful and have a sense of humor! The app gives me exactly what I need to help my site be quicker and I love the SEO rating it gives and tells me what I am missing - I dont want to over optimize my page but this is ones of the best features. Looking forward to any additions they wil add in the future.
