It's really easy to use and clear for someone who isn't tech savvy. Martin from product support was also extremely helpful with my queries.

Martin was a huge help in improving my website speed and overall performance. He quickly identified the issues slowing my site down and gave clear, practical steps to fix them. After making the changes he suggested, my page load time improved a lot and the site feels much smoother and more professional. He was patient, easy to communicate with, and really knew what he was doing. I’d definitely recommend Martin to anyone looking to optimize their website speed or improve their Shopify store performance.

TinySEO has helped optimised my tiny soloprenuer business. Their free plan is also a generous one to get started with. And their merchant support is impeccable and empathetic. Shoutout to Julia from their support team to help me navigate through. Definitely looking to start using the advanced features as my store and business advances too. Loved them during my free trial period!

For a new store and a beginner this app is amazing. It highlights areas that need improvement and basically walks you right through the process. I had to contact customer support and literally within 1 minute i was on a live chat and Martin of TinyIMG-SEO was ready to help. Martin helped walk me through the two issues I needed help with in minutes. I'm so glad I purchased this app and it should be purchased by all online stores.

Tiny SEO has been such a great find. I had an issue on my store that I was stuck on, and their support team handled it way faster than I expected. I reached out thinking it might take a while or require back and forth, but they jumped in, figured it out, and fixed everything almost immediately. What I liked most is that it didn’t feel like I was talking to a bot or getting copy-and-paste answers. They actually understood what was going on and took care of it without making it complicated for me. It just made the whole experience stress-free, which is huge when you’re trying to run an ecommmerce store. Definitely recommend them if you want something reliable with really solid support behind it.

SCAMMERS! no support email, no form of contact, they leave codes and java scripts on your page which cause conflict in checkout and with your products making your INP level so high, Stay away from this app.
I see you installed our app for 2 minutes and did not pick a plan. So your store was not modified in any way. We also do not add any scripts that interfere with your checkout. So the issue you experience is not from our app. Also we have 24/7 in-app and email support. I see you have not reached out to any of them. ---- Update: We reached out to the merchant and they mentioned that Shopify support told them that we added scripts or code to their theme. So we thought: what the heck is going on, that's not possible. And reached out to partner support asap to ask what's the issue. Shopify partner support found the ticked and re-assured us that TinySEO and TinyIMG was never mentioned in the conversation and confirmed that our app did not add any scripts or codes to the theme of HamzFit. We are still waiting for the response from the merchant as this seems like a big misunderstanding or an ordered review by a competitor (Shopify partners support and legal are investigating this case too).

Incroyable un service client aux petits soins, j’ai eu en chat un développeur appelé Efrain qui de lui-même m’a proposé quelques optimisations alors que moi je n’y connais rien, je lui ai fait complètement confiance et en quelques minutes il a corrigé des erreurs pour optimiser mon site je ne regrette absolument pas mon achat. Au contraire, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Exceeded all my expectations I added this app to my Shopify store for the features but it's the support that really makes this an outstanding app on your store. I asked for guidance with one access request and have ended up with a complete site improvement, with SEO enhancements, site clean up and additional features that were not even on my radar. It may be called Tiny Seo but the value that it adds is anything but that. Julia supported me with my enhancements with an approach of deeper diving and being very pro-active, outstanding service. I would highly recommend this app and don't just add it, say hello to the team as that is where the power really lies with this app addition.

Relatively straightforward (and helpful) tool to use. 24/7 support is available if you can't figure it out and they've always been quick to respond.
