I'm only leaving this review because of Julia. I've worked with several customer service team, but my experience with Julia of TinySEO has been one of the best support I've received for my store by an app developer. Will keep using TinySEO.
TinyIMG is such a powerful image optimization tool, it compresses product photos perfectly without sacrificing any image clarity. What impresses me most is their incredible customer support. I accidentally messed up all meta descriptions in bulk and reached out for help. Their team quickly stepped in and manually restored all the original meta content for me right away. What’s more, they even proactively found hidden rich text formatting issues I hadn’t noticed themselves, then contacted me on their own initiative to fix all those problems manually. The support team is responsive, responsible and far more attentive than I expected. They go out of their way to solve unexpected issues for merchants. I’m totally satisfied with both the tool and their thoughtful service, and I would absolutely recommend TinyIMG to every online store owner.

Excellent app and outstanding support! TinySEO offers a complete set of tools for SEO, image optimization, structured data and Google Search Console analytics. A special thank you to Simon, who carefully checked my Product and Article JSON-LD, Judge.me integration and theme configuration. He identified the schema duplication, explained exactly which settings to use and personally verified that everything was working correctly afterward. Simon was knowledgeable, patient and genuinely interested in solving the issue. TinySEO is excellent value, especially with this level of professional support. Highly recommended!*****

We attempted to reach the merchant but were unable to get in touch with them. We hope everything is well on their end. After reviewing the store's billing history, I confirmed that the merchant was charged three times for the following billing periods: February 21–March 23, March 23–April 22 and April 22–May 22. The app was uninstalled on May 3, at which point all future billing was automatically cancelled. However, because the merchant had already entered the third billing cycle before uninstalling, Shopify processed the final charge and included it on a later invoice, which is standard Shopify billing behavior. Once the merchant contacted us on May 22, we immediately issued a full refund of $14 for the pending charge in the form of Shopify credit. Shopify also sent the merchant an email confirming the refund. We followed the correct process at every stage, so it is really sad to see a review that does not reflect what occurred. I hope we will be able to connect with the merchant and sort this out!
