We attempted to contact the merchant to resolve the matter but unfortunately did not receive a response. The merchant selected our Advanced plan, using only two features - optimizing 5 images and enabling asset preloading - while there are many other valuable features they could take advantage of. For these two features alone, they could have opted for the yearly plan or even the free plan (without asset preloading) and saved significantly compared to the Advanced plan. We understand that billing is a sensitive issue for everyone.
