My name is Richard Johnson. I am the owner of calicowoodsigns.com and we make custom-made signs online with Shopify and in person that Knotts Berry Farm in California. I have been taken care of our website for the last 18 years and we have been alive for about the last six or seven I guess. In that time I have tried so many apps I have lost count. Today I've had the pleasure of working with. Julia. Never ever experienced such speed such professionalism she text with no real touch. Nobody else would help me with this. She had it done 10 minutes. The most amazing Tech Support I've ever experienced in my entire life. If you ever click on the little button because you need help and I'm hoping it will be something on the other side to answer you instead of having to talk stupid bot.. You should ask for Julia personally you'll be done and onto your next task in minutes. Julia thank you so so so much. Have a great night and happy Thanksgiving.

Where is the 100-star option??? Chris went above and beyond to answer ALL my questions. I am new to SEO, and he was so helpful every step of the way. I'm the kind of person that likes to understand the "why" and a "how does this affect that and that and that" kind of person. He was patient with me the whole time. I feel confident I'm set up correctly, and I feel reassured that it will make a big difference in the long run. Once you understand the lay of the land, it all makes sense, but he helped me better grasp how all the pieces work together. It is a very user-friendly app. Feeling grateful!
