I have been using this app for several years. Great for optomizing your SEO and store speed. The customer service is great. I just had an issue with duplicate JSON-LD on my google Merchant listings and Simon was quick to help me resolve the issue.

Excellent support with any issues I've had. Does exactly what it is supposed to do and is easy to use.

This app has been brilliant, largely thanks to the AMAZING customer support. I got in touch with their support with a question and received a super-quick reply from an actual person not an auto generated AI response, as you so often get these days. Julia answered my question and also suggested a few other ways I could get more from the app’s configuration. When I got stuck, she even helped fix things for me, which is perfect for owner-operated small businesses where you’re wearing all the hats! We’re based in New Zealand, so time zones don’t always work in our favour, but these guys have real people available 24/7. I seriously can’t fault the app or the support so far.

So far very happy with our experience with Tiny SEO, one time setup is usually enough and I don't need to revisit to check if everything is getting updated. Our store gets new products everyday, so this is important for us. Customer service is within a few minutes reach and they know their product very well.
