Fantastic app with excellent customer service. The rep fixed things broken when I uninstalled a competing SEO app (NEVER USE Booster SEO - apparently they break your meta data when you uninstall.) She even suggested I downgrade my plan to save money since I didn't need to be on their highest level plan!!

The app was able to do so much that I had no clue how to do, or even where to start. Julia and Simon were a great help in making sure everything I needed to optimize the website was activated and they were extremely patient and willing to help even in areas that did not involve TinySEO. This for me is great customer service - the willingness to go above and beyond what is required of them. HIGHLY recommend the app and SUPER happy for the amazing service from REAL people.

Tiny SEO is a great app: easy to use, efficient, and backed by excellent customer service. I especially appreciated Simon’s support, he was very responsive, helpful, and quick to assist.

Really happy with TinySEO so far. The setup process was straightforward and the app optimised all 187 of my product images in minutes, saving nearly 30MB. Love that it automatically handles alt text and filenames for SEO. Great value for a small business.

Highly recommended app. The interface is simple and easy to use, even for someone like me with no technical background. The features are powerful and genuinely helpful for improving store speed and image optimization. Customer support is also very fast, professional, and responsive. This app has helped my store a lot.

I had a great experience working with Chris and Julia from Tiny SEO. They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. An excellent app - would highly recommend, very easy to use even for non-programmers like me and the support is very good too. Much better than the previous app that I was using on Shopify for SEO

Been using a month now and well worth having. Customer service has been excellent. Quick to respond, they answer all my questions and they really feel like they are part of my team. They have even gone into the theme and made needed SEO changes. Highly recommend!!!
