Julia is an Absolute Hero – Saved Our Business When We Thought All Was Lost! I can't say enough about the incredible support we received from Julia at TinyIMG. We ran into a nightmare situation where a bulk CSV import went wrong and accidentally disconnected nearly all our product images (over 1.3 GB worth!). We were in full panic mode – our store looked broken, and we had no backups of those original files. It felt like our business was on the brink. That's when Julia stepped in like a true lifesaver. It was 1 AM her time, and she could have easily logged off and gone to bed (she even mentioned she had to wake up early!). Instead, she stayed up, dug into our issue as the lead developer, and personally recovered all our images from TinyIMG's backups. She compiled everything into a detailed Google Sheet, granted full editor access, shared direct links, and even provided her personal email for follow-up. She went so far above and beyond – this wasn't just support; it was selfless, genuine care that restored everything and saved our store. Julia, you are amazing – kind, dedicated, and incredibly skilled. The world needs more people like you! Huge kudos to the entire TinyIMG team for having someone this exceptional on board. TinySEO Earned This One I rarely leave app reviews, but TinySEO earned this one. Their customer support is insane - fast, helpful, and they actually know what they’re doing. No copy-paste nonsense. Real humans fixing real SEO issues. Special shoutout to Julia and Chris from the TinySEO team - both are consistently helpful, professional, and on point every time I reach out. I’ve also chatted with another team member from time to time, and the support quality has been solid across the board. Results-wise? My Shopify SEO Performance score (mobile) jumped from 82 to 93 in about a week after implementation. That alone paid for the app in peace of mind. Because of that experience, I now recommend TinySEO to my ecommerce clients and include it as part of my optimization stack moving forward. Two features I wish they had (not deal-breakers, just wishlist items): 1. Built-in breadcrumb functionality 2. The ability to re-run site audits on demand and instantly see updated scores without having to request it from support If those get added, it’s an automatic 10/10. Excellent experience with this App. Have to say the features are comprehensive covering Schema markup, Meta Titles and Descriptions, IndexNow implementation, Image optimisation, website speed tools and so much more. The support team on the App have been second-to-none, ensuring I am gaining the most from having installed Tiny SEO. Recommend this as the only SEO App you will need, along with the excellent support from the Tiny SEO team I cannot fault it.
