When I intstalled Tiny SEO, I directly contacted the support team. Simon helped me so much, he really took the time for me. He helped me step by step through all the important things. He also did things for me which I did not understand. It's been a very long time since I was helped so good. Would highly recommend the app.

I have been with Shopify a long time and used a few other apps. In my opinion this is a must have for your Shopify store to fix and tune your store for the best results. I had Efrain helping me and he was great with walking me through the setup and even helping with questions I had. Tiny SEO were so helpful and went out of their way to assist. Through them, I got a glimpse of how intricate all these connecting codes are to search words, social media, advertising and search engines all to my own store! Their app is truly a marvel of automation.

We’ve been using TinySEO on our Shopify store for the past few months and have been really pleased with it. It’s helped simplify many SEO tasks that would normally take a lot of time to manage manually, especially with our large product catalogue. The image optimisation and alt text tools have been particularly useful, and the app itself is easy to use without feeling overly complicated. We also like that new features and improvements are added regularly, which shows the developers are actively working on it. Support has been quick and helpful whenever we’ve had questions as well.

TinySEO has been great so far. Julia proactively checked my store, found a duplicate JSON-LD/schema issue, and fixed it quickly and safely. She explained everything clearly and even shared the updated rich results test afterward. Really impressed with the support — proactive, helpful, and professional. Highly recommend.

If you have a shopify store this app is an absolute must! A total game changer for saving time and adding value to your SEO. The service by Martin and Julia is also flawless. The small monthly fee is worth every penny. 10 star!

One of the most wonderful things that can happen.. after a year and a half of struggle with a heavy and slow store on mobile versions.. for the first time since that time until now, I find a very clear improvement in browsing mobile versions thanks to your wonderful application.. terrible app. Changed our store and messed it all up.
Hi, I checked your store and could not find any issues. I checked homepage, product pages, collection pages, custom pages, etc. I also see you only used our app for image optimisation and with amazing results! Over 500MB reduced from 1500+ images. And you're still using our optimised versions on your store. So I'm really confused what happened.. Also I could not find any conversations with our customer support.. I wrote you an email, could you please get back to me on what happened ? We would love to understand the issue as from our end we could not see anything wrong.
